Our Urban e-bikes are designed for use on public roads and permitted paths, subject to the laws in your state or territory.

For the common EPAC category, e-bikes are generally limited to a 250W maximum continuous rated motor output, with electric assistance cutting out at 25 km/h.

EPAC e-bikes must have functioning pedals, with the motor primarily providing assistance while the rider is pedalling.

Throttle operation is restricted. For EPACs, throttle assistance is generally limited to 6 km/h, such as for walk/start assistance. Other permitted low-powered bicycle categories may differ between states.

Bikes that exceed applicable power or assisted-speed limits may not be considered legal e-bikes for use on public roads and paths.

Our Off-Road models are designed for private property and off-road use only and should not be ridden on public roads, footpaths, shared paths or bike paths unless they independently meet the applicable legal requirements.

An approved bicycle helmet must be worn when riding an e-bike.
