All bike deliveries require a signature upon delivery.
If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the item at a local depot.
A redelivery fee may apply if a second delivery is required.
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the package and any damage.
- Ask the courier driver to note and sign the description of the damage before leaving.
- Contact our customer service team immediately with the details.
In the case of a damaged or lost shipment, you may be required to cooperate in completing the courier’s claim paperwork.
