Shipping Policy – Bair Bikes

At Bair Bikes, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the following information carefully to understand how we handle deliveries.

Signature Requirement

  • All bike deliveries require a signature upon delivery.

  • If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the item at a local depot.

  • A redelivery fee may apply if a second delivery is required.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and any damage.

  2. Ask the courier driver to note and sign the description of the damage before leaving.

  3. Contact our customer service team immediately with the details.

In the case of a damaged or lost shipment, you may be required to cooperate in completing the courier’s claim paperwork.

Shipping Costs & Exclusions

  • Free shipping is available Australia-wide on orders over $100

  • Pickup is available from our Torquay showroom at 26 Baines Crescent 3228 

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery times vary depending on location.

  • Metro areas: typically 3–7 business days.

  • Regional/remote areas: typically 7–14 business days.
    (Delays during peak times such as Christmas or public holidays may occur.)
