Do you provide warranty on your parts?
Yes, our parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty terms and conditions will follow those set by the manufacturer of the part.
How often should I service my bike?
The frequency of bike servicing depends on how often you ride it. However, it is generally recommended to service your bike every 6 to 12 months to help maintain its performance and prolong its lifespan.
Regular servicing ensures your bike remains in top condition and can prevent potential issues from becoming more serious.
How do I know if my
E-Bike battery needs replacement?
Over time, all batteries naturally lose their ability to hold a full charge. If you're noticing that your battery isn't charging to 80%-100% on a good charge, it could indicate that the battery or charger may need replacement.
It's a good idea to have both checked to ensure optimal performance.
